How To Order

There are two ways you can order from us :

  1. You can order by calling us on (02) 9526 1088
  2. You can order through this secure website and the steps are as followed...
  3. Browse through our product items on the left or use the scroll down menu on the top right to locate your brand and desired items.

When you're ready to make a purchase, simply enter the desired quantity into the small box and click order. You will see the item purchased in your shopping cart. You can therefore choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout. Follow the checkout process, and when you have finished we'll give you a receipt number. Your tax invoice will then be sent and email to you.

Payment Methods

There are a number of ways to make payments.

Credit Card

The most convenient way to purchase our products. Our site is 100% secure, we use a very strong SSL encryption (1,024-bit RSA & 128-bit RC4). Which means no one will ever see your credit card and personal details besides the merchant's bank. We accept Visa, Mastercard and bank cards.

Cheque

You can pay for your order by writing your cheque to "123inkjets Pty Ltd" with the right amounts and post it to "PO BOX 2556 Taren Point, NSW 2229 Australia".

Direct Deposit

You can make your payment by direct deposit (Phone Banking, Internet Banking etc.) to Westpac Bank with account name "123inkjets Pty Ltd" and account number "BSB: 032112 ACC: 173455". Please Quote Your Order ID Number in the "Ref", as this will help us identify between orders.

Money Order

You can purchase a money order at any Australia Post Office with name "123inkjets Pty Ltd" and post it to "PO BOX 2556 Taren Point, NSW 2229 Australia"

Account

This payment method are only use if customer is a credit account customer of 123inkjets Pty Ltd. To become one of 123inkjets Pty Ltd account customer.

Gift Certificate

If you have purchased or been given a gift certificate. You can use it during the process of checkout as a form of payment.

Coupons

If you're lucky enough to receive our coupons. You will be able to enter it during the checkout process and receive discounts.

Shipping Info

Shipping and handling will be a Flat rate of $7.95 via Australia Express Post (Courier will be use for toner cartridges). FREE shipping for orders over $90! The time for arrival takes into account whether each item is in stock, the delivery time to your destination, and weekends. In general, you should receive your order within 1-2 working days after your order has been sent out.

*Note: Larger deliveries to Post Office boxes, the Northern Territory,  WA, QLD or islands may incur an extra charge - we will contact you if this is the case.

Your security is important to us and we take this matter very seriously. We use proven technology and physical security measures to ensure the highest level of protection. Any information that you send to us is encoded with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. In a nutshell, this sophisticated encryption process ensures that prying eyes are unable to decode your personal data when it travels from your computer to ours, and from our computer to the bank's. You can tell your browser if it is in secure mode in the checkout by looking for the padlock icon in the bottom corner of your browser window. We use sophisticated protection technology to ensure that your personal details remain safe.

Privacy

We will only collect personal information if you: registered, made a purchase or are subscribed to our newsletter. We will not collect any personal information about you except when you knowingly provide it. Personal information will never be released to a third party without your consent. We do use your information to help us understand our market, so we can improve our service. However, we only use aggregate information, so individuals are never identifiable. We will never sell or license this information to a third party. We also use cookies as a tool to ensure that the correct data is being sent to your computer. No personal details are contained in the cookie, and they are not used to retrieve any personal information.

Pricing Structure

  • All prices listed on the website are in Australian dollars and include the current Australian Taxation Office's (ATO) rate of Goods & Services Tax (GST) which is currently 10%.
  • 123inkjets Pty Ltd will beat any competitors' advertised prices on genuine products Australia wide. 123inkjets Pty Ltd may ask the customer to provide proof of any advertised prices before completing an order, and may ask for contact details to contact the competitor to confirm pricing. It is strictly at the discretion of 123inkjets Pty Ltd exactly how much it will beat the competitors' price(s). 123inkjets Pty Ltd reserves the right not to sell any product below its purchase price.
  • All prices posted on the website are true and current at the date of posting but are subject to change without notice. Should any price change affect a customer's order the customer will be notified before the order is processed. Special prices are regularly available on randomly chosen products and these specials are subject to start and finish at any time at 123inkjets Pty Ltd's discretion.
  • All pictures shown are for illustration purpose only and may not be an exact representation of the product. Please contact us if you are not 100% sure. we can double check for you.

Return Policy

We understand there's only so much you can learn about a product from looking at it on a computer screen.That's why you can return any purchases to us within 30 days for your full money back.

There are mainly 2 different types of returns, faulty goods and incorrectly ordered goods.

If you order incorrect goods we are happy to take them back with just a few conditions:

  • Please contact us first to obtain a Return Authorisation Number. Returned goods cannot be accepted without a 123inkjets Return Authorisation Number.
  • Incorrectly ordered goods must be returned in original packaging which is still intact. We cannot accept any incorrectly ordered goods which have been opened or if the packaging is damaged or defaced in any way. Before opening the package please check that goods are suitable for the purpose they were purchased for. (For example, check the package of a cartridge to make sure the cartridge fits your printer.) If you are not at all sure feel free to contact us as sometimes certain cartridges are compatible with several different brands of machine.
  • When returning incorrectly ordered goods please pack them in another box so that the original packaging will not be damaged by stickers, courier handling etc.
  • It is your responsibility to pay the freight charges to the 123inkjets warehouse. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have a proof of delivery for goods returned to us. Goods that are shipped freight on or receiver to pay will be rejected at goods inwards in our warehouse, leaving the courier responsible.
  • Return Authorisations are only valid for 14 days.
  • All incorrectly ordered goods returned to 123inkjets will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Faulty goods can be reurned with these conditions:

  • Please contact us first to obtain a Return Authorisation Number. Returned goods cannot be accepted without a 123inkjets Return Authorisation Number.
  • As a rule we do not give credits for returns where the goods are over 3 months old from the invoice date. This is due to manufacturers restraints, not our wishes. Exceptions are made for some products where we have specific latitude given to us by the manufacturer of the product.
  • Laser or copier returns cannot and will not be processed without printed pages from the cartridge in question. There will be no exceptions as we are unable to obtain credits without these.
  • Most cartridges have to be over a minimum weight before we can accept them for return.
  • If the product has been refilled or tampered with in any way, the credit will be rejected.
  • All cartridges must be sealed and secured to ensure they do not leak or get lost in transit.
  • Return Authorisations are only valid for 14 days.
  • In the case of cartridges: Once we have received the cartridges, we will then evaluate them and contact you to advise the result. In the case of hardware (printers etc) please contact the manufacturer to have repairs carried out under warranty. If you need assistance we are happy to help, just contact us.
  • We are sympathetic when it comes to returns and will consider all requests for returns which do not meet these criteria on a case by case basis.
