Remote Management Tools

Shipping for cartridges (excluding wide format supplies) is a flat rate of $7.95 per order for standard shipping. If your web order totals more than $90.00 in cartridges, fast shipping is free.
Heavier items, such as printers and wide format supplies, are charged according to weight and distance. Use the shipping calculator on the shopping cart page.
When you checkout, and before you confirm your order and pay, shipping costs will be clearly displayed.
Shipping method and delivery timeframes take into account whether each item is in stock, the delivery time to your destination, and weekends. In general, you should receive your order within 1-2 working days after your order has been sent out.
All orders are despatched ASAP, unless out of stock. If goods are notified out of stock on the actual product page (normally in the format "Out Of Stock - Check For An ETA"), they will be shipped within 24 hours of us receiving them. Occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control we may be out of stock of certain items and we may not have yet updated their product pages.
